Newpark Resort & Hotel is proud be the Official Lodging Partner for the Park City Marathon. We extend our support to the athletes and participants. Not only will you find our luxurious accommodations at the race site, but you will find lodging choices that provide luxury bedding and private outdoor hot tubs to relax and soothe aching muscle before and after the big race.
We are offering $175 per night* in our first class, beautifully appointed 2-Bedroom Townhomes with spacious floor plans average 1,350 square feet (sleeps 6-8 people). Each unit has a private hot tub, private garage parking and washer and dryer in every unit, plus most are equipped with air conditioning**.
Or you can try Park City's newest hotel, the Newpark Hotel - floor plans ranging in size from 400 square feet to 1,100 square feet. We are offering $119 per night* for a 1-Bedroom Luxury Suite and $195 per night* for a 2 bedroom Luxury Suite. Every Suite has a well equipped kitchen, private balcony with hot tub, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. If you have basic needs, you will find Deluxe Rooms (Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Mini-Frig) perfect at $99 per night.* Hotel guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, steam room, sauna, in-room coffee, daily newspaper and daily housekeeping.
Accommodations are at the Race Site within walking distance to an 8-plex movie theater, grocery stores, dinning, entertainment and more!
DEPOSIT: after the 24-hour grace period expires, which allows you to fully cancel your reservation without penalty, we require 10% of the stay so long as your arrival date is 121+ days out; 120-31 days prior to your arrival we require a 50% deposit; if you book your reservation 30-days or less prior to your arrival we require 100% payment.
CANCELLATION: We offer a Grace Period allowing you the flexibility to cancel your reservation, without penalty or fee, within 24 hours from time of booking. Our Grace Period does not apply to reservation made within 30 days of arrival. Otherwise if you cancel your reservation after the 24-hour grace period, but 121+ days prior to arrival we retain 10% of your stay; if you cancel your reservation between 120-31 days prior to arrival we retain 50% of your stay; if you cancel your reservation on or less than 30 days prior to arrival we retain 100% of your stay – at this point there are no refunds.
