We are offering a rate of $119.00 per night* for a 1 bedroom Luxury Suite and $195.00 per night* for a Two Bedroom Luxury Suite. DEPOSIT: after the 24-hour grace period expires, which allows you to fully cancel your reservation without penalty, we require 10% of the stay so long as your arrival date is 121+ days out; 120-31 days prior to your arrival we require a 50% deposit; if you book your reservation 30-days or less prior to your arrival we require 100% payment.
CANCELLATION: if you cancel your reservation after the 24-hour grace period, but 121+ days prior to arrival we retain 10% of your stay; if you cancel your reservation between 120-31 days prior to arrival we retain 50% of your stay; if you cancel your reservation on or less than 30 days prior to arrival we retain 100% of your stay – at this point there is no refunds.
