If you’re looking for gorgeous mountain scenery and are up for a drive, consider checking out Guardsman Pass Scenic Backway, a backcountry drive that connects Park City to Brighton. The drive is about an hour long, and takes you past fields of wildflowers, flanked by evergreens, aspen trees and other lush mountain foliage. The scenery is most spectacular during fall, when the aspen leaves turn yellow and orange and the oak leaves radiate hues of red. Many visitors stop for picnics and photos along the route, so be sure to bring your camera along! You can also branch off the route to see Wasatch Mountain State Park and climb some trails, if you’re of the mind. When you’re all done exploring, your suite at our Park City resort will be waiting.
