Utah is famous for it’s beautiful settings and is great for nature lovers and weekend warriors. But if you're looking for a quieter afternoon, you can spend it learning about Park City’s history at The Park City Museum, just a short drive away from our resort. An inexpensive and interesting way to learn the history of our great city, visitors can discover how the silver mining business came about through artifacts, photographs, models and videos. The three story model of the mining mountains with moving parts, the basement jail and the ski subway are the highlight of this small museum. Open Monday through Sunday, this museum is very family friendly. Children can complete a "Park City History Detectives" activity, which will guide them through the exhibits and provide a way to dig deeper into Park City’s past. After a tranquil afternoon learning about Park City, continue the relaxation with a massage at our spa.
