Make the most of your time in Park City with our insider's guide to navigating the neighborhood. Discover up-and-coming events, tuck into local galleries and shops, and dine at nearby restaurants and bars. We’ll let you in on all of our favorite places to explore and enjoy!

Park City’s Olympic History

Since 2002, the Winter Olympics have held a special place in Park City’s history, as well as the hearts of the City’s residents. Winter sporting events such as Alpine Skiing, men's and women's giant slalom and snowboarding, and halfpipe events were hosted by Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort. However, the City’s crown jewel was the specially-built Utah Olympic Park. Over 2,000 athletes from 78 countries competed in 78 events here. In recognition of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang from February 7-25, we salute the athletes who will be participating, and wish them all the best of luck.

Be sure to join us February 10 on Main Street for the Team USA WinterFest. Sponsored by Hershey’s, the fest is touring the nation to celebrate the Winter Olympics. There will be athlete meets and greets, S’mores from the S’moresmobile, a free concert featuring Good Charlotte, and more! Also, now is a great time to visit Olympic Park and the Alf Engen Ski Museum. From February 3 through 19, the entire family can catch the 2018 highlights and daily updates, and check out the interactive exhibits and mountain sport simulators.
