Now you don't have to choose between skiing and swilling. Park City is home to the world's only ski-in distillery, High West, a pub/distillery hybrid that's getting high marks for food and flights using their award-winning small-batch spirits (not to mention an Old West atmosphere that feels like it's been pulled straight from the pages of a L'Amour novel). The state's first distillery in 150 years, this favorite Park City restaurant promises a fun apres-ski evening of hearty Western fare (the Bison Cottage Pie is incredible) and toe-tapping tunes. When you're walking along Park Avenue, just look for the copper pot in the front window. Reservations, not surprisingly, are a must.
