Newpark’s Luxury Suites span 750 square feet and feature an open floor plan. Each suite includes a king bed, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, guests can enjoy a 55″ HDTV that offers high-definition visuals and premium sound for an enhanced viewing experience.

Each suite is equipped with a Samsung HBU800 series TV, allowing guests to personally login to a growing selection of over-the-top (OTT) apps, including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube TV, and more. Guests can also cast content directly from their iOS devices using Apple AirPlay. For added peace of mind, no personal data is stored on the device or network—credential clearing is automatically handled by LYNK Cloud after each stay.

The open layout seamlessly blends sleeping and living areas, complemented by a full kitchen for a touch of home. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and Keurig brew station. The granite/slate bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a standing shower, a radiant-heated floor, plush bathrobes, and premium bath amenities.

Additionally, your private deck with a hot tub offers breathtaking views, elevating your stay into a truly indulgent experience. This room offers stunning views of the ski areas, Swaner Nature Preserve, Utah Olympic Park, or Newpark Towncenter. The Luxury Suites can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
