Terms and Conditions: The Countdown to Winter offer is subject to availability. Valid for stays from December 16, 2023 – April 30, 2024. Booking date must take place on or before December 15, 2023. Not valid for group, corporate or existing reservations. Other restrictions and blackout dates may apply. This promotion is 100% due at time of booking and is non-refundable and non-modifiable. Offer of Delta Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is subject to availability and to all Delta Gift Card Terms and Conditions and valid only for qualifying reservations.
DELTA PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A “Qualifying Reservation” is a reservation valued at no less than four hundred dollars ($400) and made via direct booking at a Participating Property after August 1, 2023 for a minimum of three consecutive nights between September 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024, excluding the following blackout dates 12/15/2023 – 1/1/2024, 1/18/2024 – 01/21/2024 and 02/16/2024-02/19/2024. Blackout dates subject to change. Qualifying Reservations must be consumed before Gift Card will be awarded. Offer is not valid for group reservations, reward programs, employees or family of employees or owners of Participating Properties. “Participating Properties” include only those lodging facilities designated as Participating Properties by the Park City Area Lodging Association (“PCALA”). Participating Properties are listed on www.parkcityskibreak.com and may change at any time. Quantity of Gift Cards is limited and Gift Cards are not guaranteed until you book a Qualifying Reservation and receive confirmation from the PCALA that you will receive a Gift Card. You may not receive a Gift Card if supplies run out prior to your receipt of confirmation from the PCALA. Your Gift Card may be declined for any reason at PCALA’s or the Participating Properties’ sole discretion. If you receive a Gift Card your Qualifying Reservation will become non-refundable for a minimum amount equal to the value of the Gift Cards you receive.
