The rooms come alive with modern furnishings and radiant-heated floors, ensuring a soothing atmosphere. The Standard Rooms at Newpark cover an area of 350 square feet and come with a queen-sized bed. They also feature a living room equipped with a gas fireplace, a 55″ flat-panel HDTV, and a queen sleeper sofa. Some select bedrooms in 1-Bedroom Suites may include 43” TVs due to room layout, ensuring each space is optimized for comfort and functionality.

Guests can personally login and stream their favorite content with ease thanks to the Samsung HBU800 series TVs, which support a growing list of over-the-top (OTT) apps, including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube TV, and more. Enjoy high-definition visuals, premium sound, and the ability to cast from your iOS device via Apple AirPlay. And with LYNK Cloud, no personal data is stored on the device or hotel network—credentials are automatically cleared for your privacy.

These rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with two adults and two kids being the suggested number. While these interior rooms do not provide an exterior view, they receive natural light and airflow from a light well.
