Measuring 350 square feet, Newpark’s Standard Rooms feature a queen bed; a living room with gas fireplace, 32″ flat-panel HDTV and queen sleeper sofa; wet bar with mini-refrigerator and Keurig brew station; and granite/slate bathroom with radiant-heated floor, soaking tub, plush bathrobes and premium bath amenities. Standard Rooms comfortably accommodate up to four guests (suggest 2 adults and 2 kids). Although these interior rooms do not have an exterior view, they do receive natural light and airflow from a light well.

Our most spacious accommodations, Newpark’s 1,350-square-foot Two Bedroom Townhomes typically feature a king and two twin beds (or another king bed), a den with one or two twin trundle beds, and, in select units, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each has three full bathrooms; a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher; living room with gas fireplace; private attached single-car garage and a personal deck with freshly-filled hot tub features views of ski areas, Swaner Nature Preserve and Utah Olympic Park. Two Bedroom Townhomes comfortably accommodate six to eight guests. *Guest count is required when completing a reservation.
